As you will see with a closer look - the AA lacks something, and i can't figure out why! - To the C4D guru's out there - i've used Best, min 8 max 16, MIPS 50% - that ought to do the job - but it don't - any suggestions?

Awesome Arne...Ok the settings should be good but red is a hard one so up the settings to 16x16 and 100% mip I know It will take forever to render but worth it its the red for sure,or you could use ar3 or vray.let me know how that goes..

Thank you very much for the info, i was so tired of the poor AA - because the render took forever in the first place. Well i am using advanced render - i think ...where am i able to see that? - i will surely try with 16x16 - what about the threshold ...is 10% ok - i know that 0% is overkill or at least i will grow a long grey beard before the render is finished :-) - If "use object" is marked in render settings will it then use the object even though i haven't used the compositing tag? - Will try your suggestions right away :-)

yeah use a composting tag on your lighting and un check seen in camera for sure,10% should be ok let me know
